Things I've done (so far)

I saw this on Miriam's blog and thought it looked fun, and I figured you all are tired of hearing about my kids and would instead love to hear more about me (I'm right, aren't I?) so here it is. The things I've done are highlighted in pink.

1. Started your own blog (obviously)
2. Slept under the stars
3. Played in a band
4. Visited Hawaii- hey Adam? This is definitely on my list of things to do in the future, so pay attention and file this in that memory of yours!
5. Watched a meteor shower
6. Given more than you can afford to charity
7. Been to Disneyland - are you kidding? This was where I went on my honeymoon!
8. Climbed a mountain - I think it was my dad's mission in life to make my "climb" a mountain every year of my youth. And his "mountains" are uphill both ways.
9. Held a praying mantis - uh, no thank you
10. Sung a solo
11. Bungee jumped - but I really want to!
12. Visited Paris
13. Watched a lightning storm at sea
14. Taught yourself an art from scratch
15. Adopted a child
16. Had food poisoning
17. Walked to the top of the Statue of Liberty
18. Grown your own vegetables - I helped my parents, does that count?
19. Seen the Mona Lisa in France
20. Slept on an overnight train
21. Had a pillow fight
22. Hitch hiked
23. Taken a sick day when you’re not ill
24. Built a snow fort
25. Held a lamb
26. Gone skinny dipping
27. Run a Marathon
28. Ridden in a gondola in Venice
29. Seen a total eclipse
30. Watched a sunrise or sunset
31. Hit a home run
32. Been on a cruise - Not yet, but next Christmas I get to! Hooray!
33. Seen Niagara Falls in person
34. Visited the birthplace of your ancestors - I saw Sweden from a boat, but didn't get to actually go there.
35. Seen an Amish community - You'd think I had living here for almost 4 years, but not yet.
36. Taught yourself a new language
37. Had enough money to be truly satisfied
38. Seen the Leaning Tower of Pisa in person
39. Gone rock climbing - Does indoor rock climbing count? If so, then yes!
40. Seen Michelangelo’s David
41. Sung karaoke
42. Seen Old Faithful geyser erupt
43. Bought a stranger a meal at a restaurant
44. Visited Africa
45. Walked on a beach by moonlight
46. Been transported in an ambulance
47. Had your portrait painted

94. Had a baby - three, in fact!
95. Seen the Alamo in person
96. Swam in the Great Salt Lake - wait, I didn't know you could actually swim in it.
97. Been involved in a law suit
98. Owned a cell phone
99. Been stung by a bee
100. Seen Mount Rushmore in person
101. Learned to play an instrument - the piano, and I miss it (another thing to put in that memory of yours for the future, Adam)!
102. Been south of the equator - wow, I need to live a little
103. Had your car totalled
104. Lived in a basement for more than a year
105. Had famous neighbors
106. Had stitches
107. Flown an airplane - like piloted it? or been in one?
108. Traveled to the Eastern Hemisphere
109. Broken up with someone
110. Been dumped by someone
111. Lived in an unfurnished apartment for more than 3 months
112. Lived in more than 2 regions of the U.S. - Western, Mountain and Eastern
113. Rung the Salvation Army bell at Christmas time
114. Been to a local movie premiere!
115. Looked death in the face and survived.
116. Sung at General Conference!
117. Performed somewhere famous or for someone famous. - the Kirtland Temple is pretty famous in my book, maybe not yours, but this is my list.
118. Flown alone with a baby - two babies to be exact, by myself!
119. Driven across the continental U.S. - Not yet, but come May I will!
120. Been to 30 or more LDS temples.
121. Had your life saved by someone.
122. Been bit by a dog.
123. Held a sleeping child - doing it as I type this.
124. Been homeless.
125. Slept in a bed infested with bedbugs.
126. Had your dinner interrupted by a live pig running through the room.
127. Used roosters as an alarm clock.
128. Slept under a mosquito net in the mountaintops of a rainforest

**My friend Miriam added 2 more because she though it needed to end on a more even number.

129. Had your tonsils removed.
130. Ever been so happy you cried.

This isn't necessarily a "tag" or anything, but if you want to share some things about yourself than go for it. I had fun looking at the list and realizing that there is so much more in my life to do, and that already in my 29 years I sure have accomplished a lot.

How fun, I actually learned a few things from you, like when did you ever go to the Grand Canyon?! I'm totally doing this...that is, if I ever find time.

This is really fun! Okay, so we married our husbands a day apart and both went to Disneyland on our honeymoons (wasn't yours a few months later??). We must be soul mates. And, who did you meet that was famous? Was it Robert Redford at Sundance???

Yeah, when did you go to the Grand Canyon? This list looks like fun, although I think it will show just how lame I really am :) And it was fun to learn more about you - I'm so tired about hearing about your kids :) JK!!!

I should have thought about singing in the Kirtland Temple. I think I'll have to change my answers! :) And I love that you did the ones I added because really ending on #128 is lame! Loved learning more about you!
