The choir got to sing for the Festival of the Nativity in Tacoma at the stake center there. They were super cute and did a great job. They sang in harmony and parts and everything. Way impressed! It was also fun to see al the nativites there and I fell in love with a few. Some were so intricate and beautiful!
This one was super cute, it was little kids dressed up, complete with sneakers, piggy tails, and a star held up by a stick and rope :)
This entire set was beautiful. Cream and light blue. So pretty!
I'm counting it as a win that these two didn't break anything!
They even had kids nativities. Charlie Brown....
And Lego!
Olivia knew every song. She sang them around the house and loved every minute of it.
Rix looking dapper in his bow tie :)
Love her! She's growing up so fast!
The next weekend they sang at a community Christmas concert held at the Puyallup South Stake Center. It was packed, the chapel and the cultural hall. They had multiple choirs and guest soloists from different churches and high school choirs. Our kids were first up and they were amazing. They were just as good as those other choirs!
We also went to Jack and Olivia's school concert at Park Lodge. Even though all the songs were about hot chocolate and snowmen, it was still cute. They always find the funnest songs to sing! They only had a couple of grades perform this time and last minute they added the afternoon preschool so that meant I also got to see Jack sing!
Of course my shorty boy would be behind the stereo! He is so cute!
I also didn't know they were supposed to wear winter gear so thanks to his teacher who brought extras for moms like me who don't go through their kids' backpacks each day!
Ringing bells. The cute little blond (who actually isn't that short, she just didn't fit on the risers) is Liv's BFF Madeline and the girl on the far right with the white shirt on is her other BFF Alyssa. Did you know there is girl drama in second grade? 'Cause there is!
It was really funny- so they sang this fun little song with little actions to it and then got to just dance their own little way for a while and Olivia just busted out with some moves. She is turning to watch Rix who is two rows behind her. He is standing there with his eye brows up and wide eyed, clearly stating that he is not dancing and thinks everyone else is crazy for doing so.

I love Olivia's curls!! So cute! That so fun that she got to be in that choir with Rix. It sounds like a great experience for her!
I thought it was really funny that Rix wouldn't dance but Olivia's moves were so cute! Still debating if I loved that other choir enough to do it again next year though...
